MSOA Accepting Nominations for the 2012 MSOA Recognition Awards

MSOA is pleased to announce that three new awards will be presented to outstanding members of the Missouri State Orthopaedic Association. The recognition awards include: the Lifetime Achievement Award; the Distinguished Service to MSOA Award; and the Humanitarian Award.The awards will be presented to the honorees at the MSOA Annual Meeting on May 18-19, 2012 at the Four Seasons Hotel in St. Louis. Please use the Award Nomination Form attached here. The Nominating Forms must be received by April 20, 2012.
