Missouri State Orthopaedic Association 49th Annual Meeting

The MSOA Annual Meeting & Midwest Orthopaedic Expo will be held at the Knight Executive Conference Center. Located on the grounds of Washington University, this state-of-the-art conference destination offers a dynamic environment for dialogue, learning, and strategic thinking. MSOA's classroom, exhibit space, and dining hall is conveniently located in the heart of Washington University.

Join MSOA President Ryan Nunley, M.D.; President-Elect David Merriman, M.D. for this premiere scientific program at the largest gathering of orthopaedic surgeons in Missouri.

Resident Abstract Submission Competition

Individuals who are currently enrolled in an orthopedic residency program in Missouri or Kansas are invited to submit abstracts for the MSOA 2018 Annual Meeting.

The abstract submission deadline is January 31, 2018.

  • Please email your abstract in PDF format to MSOA Program Chair David Brogan, MD at brogand@wustl.edu to submit an abstract.
  • The character limit cannot exceed 3,200.
  • All faculty listed on the application are required to have disclosed or updated their disclosure as of February 1, 2018. If you have not done so, your application will not be considered. To disclose or update disclosure, please go to www.aaos.org/disclosure.

Notification of the accepted abstracts will be by February 9, 2018. The primary resident author of the accepted abstract will be expected to provide a 10 minute power-point presentation on their abstract on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Washington University in St. Louis.

Cash awards to recognize excellent research will be provided to the top 3 presenters.
